“We found them to be extremely clued up about nut allergy; explained which ice creams were nut free, where/how the ice cream was made, used a new, clean scoop for son’s ice cream; generally very happy to help.”

“We visited the Red Boat Ice Cream Parlour on the recommendation of another nut mum. I explained about my son’s allergy and was offered a choice of vanilla or one of the sorbet flavours. He chose vanilla. The lady went into the back and opened a fresh tub, using a clean scoop for my son’s serving. He couldn’t have their cones (no nuts in the ingredients, but a may contain warning), so they put the ice cream in a little tub for him instead. Would definitely return!”
